The Japanese goverment have released an anime feature of Megumi, one of the victims of the North Korean’s aduction of Japanese citizens in the 70’s 

Although the video have been around since march… I still believe that many have not seen this very touching, but sad feature. But those who are a fan of Japanese voice and subtitle… you will be disappointed… 

There will only be voice over(aka dub) and are available in many languages… including English, Chinese, Korean, Russian, French, Italian and etc…
